Yes. The Caddie works 100% offline, due to the user downloading the course map on Wi-Fi before heading to the course. Once you’ve downloaded a course, it will stay saved on your Caddie forever.

No, Caddie works fully offline so you can play uninterrupted from start to finish. Simply download your course before arriving and you're good to go.

• If your device is on an older version, you’ll see a pop-up with instructions to update.
• Follow the steps shown (or skip to the next step for more details).

3. No Prompt? Let’s do it manually
• Go to the home screen
• Tap the More tab in the bottom right corner
• Look for “ Check for Software Update” button
• This screen will also show the current version of your device

Make sure you’re standing outside with a clear view of the sky. If the issue persists, please restart your device.

If you’re on the home screen, click the more icon. Scroll down to the settings and you’ll see an adjust brightness toggle bar.

If you’re in a game, click the in game menu in the top left and slide the brightness scale to the brightness you'd like.

Your Pinned Golf Caddie is warrantied to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year after the date of purchase.

In the event of a defect under this warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product, provided that you return the product using our prepaid postage.

This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper handling, installation, or maintenance provided by someone other than Pinned Golf. Please note, this warranty is not transferable.
