This website and online store are operated by Jancor Agencies Inc., an authorized Canadian distributor of Pinned Golf products. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Jancor Agencies Inc. in connection with its operation of the Pinned Golf Canada online store.
Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer and sell our products and services to you.

Pinned Golf trademarks, logos, product names and other brand materials are owned by Pinned Golf or its applicable affiliates or licensors and are used by Jancor Agencies Inc. with authorization.
3. Orders
When you submit an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
We reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel an order where permitted by applicable law, including in circumstances involving suspected fraud, product availability, pricing or website errors, or other legitimate business reasons.
Your order is not considered accepted until your payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed your order.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
If there is an issue with your order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, telephone number or other contact information provided at checkout.
Products purchased through Pinned Golf Canada are intended for personal use unless otherwise agreed with Jancor Agencies Inc.
4. Prices, Payments and Taxes
Unless otherwise indicated, all prices displayed on Pinned Golf Canada are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Prices, promotions and discounts may change without notice. The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of errors as permitted by applicable law.
Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Shipping charges, where applicable, will also be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Pinned Golf Canada currently ships within Canada only.
Orders are generally processed in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Shipping costs and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather and other unforeseen events.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@jancor.ca.

6. Returns & Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the requirements of our Returns & Refunds Policy.
All returns must be approved by Jancor Agencies Inc. before being sent back.
To request a return, contact orders@jancor.ca.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was defective, damaged or incorrect, or where otherwise required by applicable law.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Approved returns should be sent according to the instructions provided by our customer service team.
